MAX_MAP_BRUSHSIDES means you have too many brushes in the map, SF solved this is minecraftcontest by converting some brushes to models, not sure how to do that though.

Description KZmod's first Mapping contest was a success. This is the top 5 winners maps. Each has it's own timer set, so it plays like 5 mini maps. The choosing room was created by SoUlFaThEr and the winners are: 1)teh_grave, 2)Hoover 3)ei-zmei 4)FlasH and 5)DaTrippinHobbit.
